Its a wonderful and quiet location close enough to the heart of Venice. Wonderful hosts, clean and a nice place and neighborhood. Close to the party cannel, but def far enough away that you hear nothing!
Switzerlandin an extremely quiet part of Canareggio away from tourist magnets, but a short walk from many cafes and restaurants. There is a good supermarket very close by a and S. Alvise vaporetto is about five minutes’ walk away. The apaartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. The people from Venice Neighbours who service the apartment were very helpful.

Who has ever been in Venice can explore from here very well the non-tourist areas. Then the location is perfect. But who is there for the first time and wants to see the "highlights" I would recommend something in the center or at least on the boat line 1. The kitchen is functional and what is also very important today: the Internet is super fast.
