Great central location walking distance from almost everything in Venice. This is a beautiful old-style Venetian Hotel with stunning terrazzo floors and timber furniture, lots of character. Our host was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. I think this is a good value for money hotel given the location it is in.

Location was fantastic - just a few minutes walking distance to St Marks Square and the Grand Canal. Short walk to lots of great restaurants and the Rialto Bridge! Luca the owner was absolutely fantastic - always greeted us with a smile and gave us a lot of recommendations in the area which we appreciated! The room was spacious (had plenty of room for two large suitcases) and we found the room/bathroom to be exceptionally clean. The airconditioning worked great as well.
