The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. Rooms were also good size. The hosts were amazing! They provided us with so much information in advance of our arrival which was very helpful. They also sat down with us when we arrived to go over the map of the city and provide recommendations on restaurants and sights. Breakfast was incredible and served on the beautiful terrace. They responded to our every request and gave us a bottle of wine when we left. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there next time we’re in Venice!

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Venice. Not only were Elisabetta e Matteo the most warm, welcoming and gracious hosts, their accomodations were wonderful. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we had great options. They provided us with great directions to their place, good restaurants and the sights to see. And helped us with any questions we had. Don't look anywhere else, do yourself a favour and stay here!

Usually I don't write the comments but this is an exclusion. Matteo and Elisabetta are the most nicest hosts I have ever met! The place is wonderful and very comfortable. The location is very convenient! The room is extra large, clean and stylesh. The breakfast is great and terrazza will make your day. Will definitely return back!

The entire stay was perfect, from the moment we were greeted at the door, to when Matteo graciously sent us off at the water taxi we were taken care of for every minute of our stay. Mrs. Elisabetta and Matteo were absolutely the best hosts that you can ask for. The bed and breakfast was stunningly beautiful and meticulously clean. The communication with the host was wonderful, whenever we needed anything we were able to communicate directly with the host and receive a reply right away. Matteo was the perfect ambassador for Venice and even took us on a tour of the city on the first day. If you visit Venice and you want to stay in a prime location with knowledgeable and personable hosts in a beautiful home do not hesitate to book this bed and breakfast.

    Hi, thanks for contacting us, there shouldn't be any problem for that period, politicians are already discussing about reopening before the end of April. In any case if you book you can cancel it for free until 7 days before. Elisabetta and Matteo

  • Is there quarantine for people travelling from Netherlands/ EU?
    Yes, at the moment you must do a test 48h before the arrival day, do a self-certification, 5 days of isolation and another test at the 6th day. From the 1st of May the situation could change, we don't have any info about it at the moment.
