Breakfast was incredible, location is excellent, you get much more than you pay for, with an amazing balcony view which is right above a canal where you can obtain a gondola ride and close to a vaporetto stop on the grand canal for convenient transportation.

Exceptional all around! Pleasant, inviting host. Fantastic location! with easy electronic access. Close to everything, but secluded from noise; nice and quiet off main street. Premises and room were spotless! Beautiful bathroom with hairdryer. Bed and pillows were cozy and extremely comfortable. I had brillant sleep here! Very bountiful breakfast with lots of options. Highly recommend!
