It was a quiet street and also near the train station

Saudi ArabiaNina made us feel welcome. Nina surprised us by putting something to eat in our room. The room was very large. The cabinets were huge. I was a little worried as the headboard is wooden. but I didn't have any problems. It would be better if it was a new bed. Our room and bathroom were separate, but our bathroom was only ours and had a terrace. It was very spacious and clean. We were very comfortable. We were very satisfied. in a great location for transportation. We left the train station and arrived at our hotel in 5 minutes. We toured Venice on foot, but it was also a very nice location for ferry use. In short, everything was great, thank you very much!

CanadaNina and family were very friendly and kind. We appreciated their hospitality and effort to make our stay comfortable. The bathroom was separate from the room, but was private and ours even had a little patio off of it. The location was great! Very quiet but close to great restaurants, shops and sights. We enjoyed Nina's one dinner suggestion so much, that we went back for a second dinner!
CanadaIt’s a beautiful and clean space to stay at. The room and bathroom both were very spacious and perfect for the two of us that were traveling together. Nina and her staff (Renata when we were there) are both extremely kind and accommodating. Renata made our checkin experience so great and easy! She was also readily available to answer any of our questions. Nina came to our room to introduce herself and offer any help we might need- so kind! We also liked that the room was cleaned each day, bedding was changed the two days we were there, and so were our towels. Amazing!! We also LOVED that we got a custom map from Nina’s B&B- it came in extremely handy. This was the best place we stayed in in Venice (been here 3 times total). Definitely will be back and we super recommend this to everyone!
