We have visited Venice several times in the past 8 years and we always had good lodgings, but this B&B bested them all. It is fantastic to come back to such a peaceful and quiet B&B while staying in bustling and busy Venice. After a night's sleep and an opulent breakfast at this place, we were ready for anything (and we did not need another meal for most of the day).

+ Location: It's in a quiet neighborhood and a 5-6 minute walk from two vaporetto stops, San Basilio and Ca'Rezzonico, at the same time. + Clean rooms, modern facilities, fast Wi-Fi, card-key access. + Breakfast: Honestly speaking, this was one of the best breakfasts during my travel experiences. There were various choices and splendid food quality. I guess it's even better during warm weather when you can sit outside in the small garden. + Last but not least: very nice and hospitable hosts.

This B&B is located away from the main touristic spots in Venice, which might get really crowded and noisy, and therefore it is very quiet. Also, all places of interest (or the closest vaporetto stop) can be easily reached by foot. The house looks great, it is very spacious and comfortable and has a nice garden. All is as beautiful as in the pictures, including the rooms. The hosts are very welcoming and open to chat about everyday life in Venice. Last, but not least, breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh products. Thank you Gianni and Giannina for hosting us, we really enjoyed it!

Excellent room & bathroom, very spacious, very clean, quiet and truly comfortable. Beautiful garden area where you can sit and read or eat, and relax in the sun or the shade. Perfectly varied breakfast, all prepared and ready for each guest, and very good coffee also. Well connected with the vaporetto (San Basilio); only a 12 minutes walk away from Piazzale Roma. - The owner is very friendly - There is only 3 rooms, so it's not crowded at all. - There is a big garden where you can relax, before or after going to the Venice center - Breakfast is very filling and not at all "italian". A lot of fruits and vegetables, croissants and eggs. So it's enough to get you through the day. - The room is big enough for two people. It's very clean and modern. - The B&B is easy to reach with water bus. Just about 7 minutes walking distance from the water bus station San Basilio. - The B&B is at a very quiet place, but still it is easy to reach the main attractions of Venice
