The host was lovely! We had an early start one day and she made breakfast earlier than normal so we could get going (her mum makes amazing cakes!) . The location was great, in a really traditional setting, through a courtyard and up marble steps. Loved the little balcony too. The rooms were big and tastefully decorated with lovely touches. The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower was great.

Arianna was the most gracious host. On arrival, we were greeted with the warmest welcome, even though we arrived quite late due to an unexpected delay .. just like we were family. She was extremely helpful and kind, going out of her way to ensure we had an amazing stay in every respect. The accommodation is simply beautiful, impeccably clean centrally located and very well appointed.. we even had a gorgeous little courtyard outside. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included her mother’s delightful home made cakes. Arianna also organised breakfast for us before our early departure. Very highly recommended !

The owner Arianna was absolutely fantastic so attentive and welcoming. We arrived later than the usual check in but she sent very clear instructions and pictures the day before about the keys and our room. It was our anniversary and my husband's birthday. When we arrived there was a bottle of prosecco in our room with a hand written card.

The host, Arianna communicated with me prior to our arrival. She was wonderful from the minute we arrived and throughout the stay. Attention to detail and a host that enjoys what she is doing is evident at all times. Special treats in the morning such as tarts and cakes baked by the owner's mother were a special touch. Within walking distance to virtually all of Rome's main tourist attractions and wonderful restaurants. Highly recommended!
