We stayed one night there, the room was small but comfortable enough, the breakfast was just perfect and the hostess very nicely gave us some persimmons and greens from her garden.

Listen carefully to her restaurant recommendations, she knows what she is talking about. • The house is beautiful and it is so nice to walk around in the garden. There is plenty of sitting area and the view from the pool is wonderful. • Room is just like the pictures, very homey and super clean. Shower was new, bed is comfy and the view from the window is nice and green. • Breakfast is delicious and Gina makes it even better. • Location is good if you are with a car and you want to explore the high part of Tuscany like Pisa or Lucca. It is also close to Florence and the sea.

Our stay at La Concordia B&B was perfect! The location is out of this world (Pistoia and Montecatini Terme are amazing and have everything you need). With stayed at the annex house which is comfortable, spacious, and fully equiped with everything you might need for a perfect stay. The view is Tuscany at its best and the pool is fun and welcoming after a hot day of sightseeing. We will be back!

Location close to Pistoia with very large super market. Pistoia is a very nice place Very kind owner although they only speak Italian. We can grill in their garden. Daily cleaning service and breakfast is great. Private parking.

The owner is a very kind person, she doesnt speak english but it is very easy to communicate and understand what she is saying especially through the sign language. The location is perfect for the relaxing after along day sightseeing especially the pool and sourandding nature. The breakfelast offers a lot of options and deversity (fruit, eggs, ham,cheese, homemade cake/crossaint...insort she has everything. She cleans rooms everyday, the cleanness is very tids. The room is very comfortable, cleanness and the bed is very comfortable too. So I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone. Perfectto!
