We really liked the location. The room was decent size, and kept clean. There was minimal involvement with the staff, which let us remain independent.
IndiaThe location is extraordinary. Rialto bridge is 5 minutes away, as is San Marco square. The view from our room was nice. It was a good value considering we stayed here during the Venice carnival.
RomaniaThis hotel had a great location near Rialto bridge and Saint Mark's square. Very easy to get to from Piazzale Roma (where the airport bus drops you off), by taking the Vaporetto (water taxi) to the Rialto stop, and then just a 7 minute walk from there. The hotel is in a historic building by 2 beautiful intercepting canals and behind there is a nice plaza. We had a room with a beautiful view of the canals out the windows and the room itself was spacious and had a rustic, historic look to it that we enjoyed. I specially liked the rustic wood beams on the ceilings. We also were able to leave our bags at the office before check-in time and until 5pm after check out. The lady at the front desk was nice.
United States of AmericaThe location couldnt be beat. It was far enough from Rialto to lose the crowds but close enough for easy access to all neighborhoods. The unit, itself, was beautiful--with canal and bridge views aplenty. The keys and security features were good and allowed easy access at all hours. The surrounding alleys and piazzas afforded many dining options. 10 outta 10.
United States of AmericaWe absolutely loved the room, the views and the location, it was exactly what I imagined a room in Venice would be. Something to have in mind are the stairs are very steep and small, but I guess it's to be expected in Venice, plus the receptionist was super helpful even with our many and heavy luggages.

United States of AmericaGreat location, not far from the Rialto Bridge and from Piazza San Marco and still not too noisy. And just around the corner is a nice piazza. We had from the room a view on a canal and of the rooftops. Our room was a good size and clean. Even with a small fridge. The lady at the place was great, helpful, friendly and professional. (The breakfast staff is the reason I did not give top mark to the staff) To the breakfast place it was a 10 minutes walk. Perfect bustling place on the end of a canal on the open water. Watching in the morning all the commotion was very entertaining. Good but not very large continental breakfast.
