Wow. What a wonderful place to stay in Venice. Perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and great value. Shared bathrooms were clean. The breakfasts on the terrace provided the “icing on the cake.” We very much hope to return.

From the amazing balcony view overlooking the city to the delicious breakfast and affordable price, this B&B stands out in our recent trip to Venice. It's conveniently located, a 10-min walk from Rialto Bridge one-way, and the same distance for boats to the airport and Murano and Burano Islands. It's in a quiet section of the city with good restaurants nearby. The hosts are exceptionally kind.

The staff is wonderful! Very kind, friendly and helpful. Without asking they sent us a very detailed description on how to get from the station to the stay. It is close to Rialto Bridge and there are some nice shops as well as a pharmacy nearby. From the terrace the view is beautiful, as it's on the top floor and you look over all the other buildings. Provides a great atmosphere when you have breakfast there. The rooms are air-conditioned, which is unmissable for stays in the summer. There are shared bathrooms but they are kept very clean.
