We had the canal room and it was fabulous! our friends had a smaller room down the hall and it was good but didn’t have the view . Our room was huge and could have slept 4 easily. We opened the windows and had a great breeze all night long…. being by the Grande canal is not quiet tho… the boats go down the canal till at least midnight making lots of noise and start up again at around 7. The view was spectacular ! it is extremely hard to find the entrance to the B &B the first time but afterward we had no problems. it is close to the train station but you must go over a large bridge to get there. The breakfast was delicious and filling and was brought to your room. This is a great B &B - try to get the canal room! The owners took great care of us!

The room was really nice and clean, much bigger than we expected. The location is perfect, exactly between the train station and the center of Venice. The breakfast was great and abundant. The host was very kind and made us feel at home.

We traveled as a family of 4 with two teenagers. We had a large room to ourselves with two queen beds and a decent-sized bathroom. The host was was very welcoming. Great breakfast. She even offered ice pack when one of us pulled a muscle.

My favorite place in ALL Europe! Laura was amazing and makes you feel like you are family. It has a beautiful boutique style. Very clean and great location (have a water bus stop right in front). The breakfast that Laura prepares is my favorite! we will be coming back soon.

I am not going to stay anywhere else in Venice from next time. I have found the perfect host and the perfect hotel. Amazing breakfast, very fresh and lot of options. One of the best Croissant. Amazing view from the hotel and very close to train station and water taxi.

the location was centralized and a quick walk from the train station. Once in the room, it is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. The single beds (2 in our room) were perfect for both 17year old and 12 year old child. The master bed was comfortable and warm. We were a bit worried about the cold weather but the room and extra blankets were perfect and kept us all warm. The fairy stop is just steps from the front door, perfect!!! our host Julia was the sweetest and helpful with a map and handbook of how to get around, best restaurants and locations. This was perfection for the family! and did I mention the cats <3 there are cats at this home in the gardens, simply adorable and friendly! and last but not least breakfast! is delivered to your door in an adorable cart from a form you complete the evening before with your selections. Fantastico!! we enjoyed and truly love this place, thank you Julia for welcoming us to your beautiful home!
