It was in a good central location, facilities were perfect, after walking around Florence you get to relax on a beautiful terrace! You do have to be able to climb to the top floor, no elevator, but worth the climb!

There is no lift (on top floor), however the staff helped us with our luggage which was a massive help!! The internet did cut out, but the staff came that day to fix. The staff helped out with everything which was great!!
The location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and the view from the balcony was great. The apartment well equipped and comfy. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend to stay here and would stay again ;)

Very minor points as overall 90-95% - cleaning fee slightly high and should have washing equipment i.e. washing liquid and pan scourers, kitchen roll etc if you wished to cook during your stay.

The terrace would benefit from a table for alfresco dining. Apart from that the only slight problems with the apartment are things that cannot be changed: the restaurants in the square behind the apartment are noisy until after 0200 and oh! the stairs! We counted 83 on the first day but I swear there were 803 by the last night. The view makes it worthwhile-just.
The terrace is lovely. The apartment is well furnished and equipped and the decor fresh and modern. N
