Entrance within the outdoor area: living-dining-cum-kitchen with upholstered furniture, fire-place, SAT-TV, dining table, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee-machine, dishwasher, 3 steps lower access to 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, laundry room with washing machine and sink, utility room with access to the garden. Stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 French bed and 1 additional single bed, 1 double bedroom with 1 baby bed, 5 steps lower access to 1 bathroom with separate shower, tub, wc, bidet. Well cared furnishings, terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings. Every window of the house has a mosquito net. In the garden, on the back of the house, there is a 80 sqm area fenced with mesh wire and wood, 1,80 cm high) where guests may keep their pets. Parking next to the house.
