Bellagio Lake Flat is a private apartment in a strategic location just a short walk from Bellagio’s historic center. It’s ideal for guests who want to explore Lake Como with full independence, modern comfort, and a beautiful lake view.
The apartment is easily reachable by car and located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Guests have access to a shared residential parking area, available on a first-come, first-served basis. While parking is not guaranteed, it’s a valuable option in Bellagio.
Restaurants, the ferry terminal, cafés and shops are all within walking distance.
A highlight of the apartment is the private balcony with lake view—perfect for breakfast or a sunset drink.
The apartment is designed for maximum 2 adults, with a modern and functional layout, including:

Aureggio is a hamlet of Bellagio located in a panoramic and peaceful position overlooking the Lecco branch of the lake, the enchanting bay of Pescallo, and the tip of Bellagio.
The historic center of Bellagio can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.
Places to visit in Bellagio include the park of Villa Serbelloni (part of the Rockefeller Foundation), the gardens of Villa Melzi, the Church of San Giacomo, Punta Spartivento, the lakeside promenade, and the entire historic center with its charming little streets.
