We wanted something for an early train in Florence, and the location was perfect and easily accessible to the train station. Room was clean and met all of our needs.
United States of AmericaThis hotel is absolutely amazing! 5 min away from the train station M Novella. Balcony views ~ priceless and accessible after 2:30pm. Mattress is super comfortable. Roomy bathroom and shower. staff very friendly and they have a lift!

They even adjusted our reservations due to train strikes and were very accommodating. The only staff we saw on site was the house keeper. She was very helpful despite limited English and our limited Italian. We did get a place to keep luggage after checking out. The check in information was spot on.

The staff is super helpful/friendly and the property is gorgeous. Newly renovated with the most beautiful rooftop terrace. The beds are comfortable — we slept great after a busy day of exploring!
