The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Although we didn’t breakfast at the hotel we did enjoy a very nice dinner in the hotels dining room overlooking Lago di Como.

While standing, the view from our balcony from the near shore to the opposite shore across the lake to Varenna with Bellagio in between was expansive and beautiful. We also liked that the balcony was long enough to have a table and chairs with even more room to spare.

Located right on the lakefront, with a pool, air-conditioned room. We had the double room lakeview room with a big balcony, two tables and a chair on it. Beautiful view of the lake. Hotel is conveniently located, just left three minute walk and you're at the ferries, turn right three minute walk and you're at the lake shore promenade and little center in Menaggio. Breakfast was really good, and you're sitting with a lakeside view as well. Big breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable, shower is snug, like taking a shower in a telephone booth snug, but good water pressure and steady temperature, plus with the smaller shower there is more room for you to be and move in the bathroom. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Hotel staff were nice. Nice place. Enjoyed our stay

The location was a 5 minute walk from the ferry, so very accessible. The hotel itself sat right on the lake, with beautiful views from the restaurant and the pool. The room was clean and comfortable, on the smaller side - which was fine for us as we didn't spend much time there. There are options for lake view rooms, which we would likely consider when we return to Bellavista.
