The hotel which manages access is EXCELLENT! The staff were super helpful. They made us feel exceptionally welcome and answered every question. They led us to the apartment and helped with luggage. The apartment is ideally located in the center of the city on a delightful square with easy access to everything. The apartment was HUGE and very comfortable. We did laundry which was a helpful appliance.

Location was ideal. We arrived very late at night but there was someone available to help us check in and show us to the apartment. The adjoining hotel was very helpful in providing local information. The apartment was very large and spacious with all facilities. The AC could have been a bit better but there was also a fan available. Would highly recommend to stay.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The closest vaporetto stop was across the Ponte dell'Accademia, making the Accademia stop just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was easily available from Campo San Stefano , again just a stone's throw away/ I recommend Le Cafe' from an excellent breakfast. Facilities available in the apartment were more than adequate with basic condiments/ coffee / tea available.

Spacious apartment which is good for families however not the best when there are many luggages that need to be carried up to the second floor. Accomodation is about a 7 minute walk from reception with luggages. Hotel staff were nice and helpful.
