Very helpful host. We booked for 2 nights but at the last minute airlines cancelled the schedule flight so we only had to stay for 1 night. We did not have option to cancel the booking but the host Sara was so helpful that she refunded our second night money. Sara gave us some tips and advice about locals which were very helpful as well. Location wise its very good as this is not on the heart of the venice but at the same time this is not far off the main beat. Place was super clean.

- looks very clean, dominating white color adds to it, also there was some nice fragrance in the room - - kitchen has all you need. Coffee machine is there - small but nice details in the room and bathroom - host was responsive and helpful - location is great - not in the hot spot for tourists, but it's around the corner if you want to experience some night life. Park (which is a scarce in Venice) is very close, it's especially good if you like running as in the downtown it's nearly impossible. Grocery store was just around the corner. - you can feel it's quite typical italian place - in general - good feeling being there

Great apartment, really close to Biennale and vaporetto stop. We booked extra nights in this cozy and comfy home. Sara is a wonderful and friendly host!

Best stay in Venice ever! The flat is cosy and has everything you need, including lovely breakfast treats, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious with a window and bidet. Comfy bed, air con, in a super location only a few minutes from Giardini!

Stayed here for one night whilst passing through Venice for work (at the Art Biennale) and everything was just great. Clear and precise communication from the host. We sadly never met, I picked up the keys from a lock box. The location is just great, just off a main street that's full of restaurants, super market, all the essentials etc. Short walk to everything. Super comfy bed and pillows. Nice shower. I never used the kitchen but it all looked well equipped and functional. Can't recommend this place highly enough, looking forward to returning.

The apartment had all we needed for our stay and is very well designed. The location was excellent, quiet area but with lots of places to eat nearby. Close to boat stop, but easy enough to walk everywhere too. Sara, the host was extremely helpful in every way, she sent us a long list of local recommendations for eating and drinking and made contact with us regularly during our stay. Hopefully we can stay again.

This place was amzing. It was in a lovely location, easily walkable and close to everything without being noisy or too in the centre. I had an amazing stay. The bed was super comfy, I felt really safe as a solo female traveller. The owner was lovely she gave a wonderful list of recommendations of places to eat and go see. All round wonderful, with little touches and supplies in the flat that really made the whole stay.
