i like the facilities, complete kitchen stuff and location, bed was comfortable and no noise observed in the area. a few minutes walk to Giardini waterbus stop and walking distance 20 mins to San Marco

Lots of restaurants and shops on the doorstep and plenty of people moving around. The host was wonderful, even giving us lots of helpful information before we arrived, like bus timetables etc. Thanks to Anna for making the trip stress free. Highly recommend.

Also there are restaurants and supermarkets only one block from the apartment. It was a family trip and I fully recommend it, and if I ever go back to Venice I will stay here again. Un giorno erroneamente ci siamo dimenticati le chiavi all'interno, prontamente la signora ha provveduto ( nonostante non abitasse Venezia) a far sì che qualcuno del suo staff risolvesse il problema.
