Location in Venice. Air-conditioner in every room. Clear instructions in written. Easy remote communication with the host. City tax payment via PayPal, not only cash. We were allowed to enter the apartment early in the morning, without waiting for the formal check-in time. Enough rooms and beds for our big family. Door code instead of keys. Well renovated.

Emplacement idéal pour le calme dans venelles, en vis-à-vis, ponctué par les "cestino" et les cloches. Proche des arrêts du vaporetto : Lido/Grand Canal, de la Via Garibaldi pour courses et bar/restos, de parcs. Maison typique simple sur plusieurs étages : porte, escalier pour accès 1er étage : 2 chambres, sdb/WC/MAL, escalier 2ème étage : salon/chambre, cuisine équipée, petite terrasse pour repas .... des moustiques. Le CASTELLO est le sestiere le plus éloigné de la Piazzale Roma mais parfait pour ce que nous recherchions, à 1.5 km à pied de la Place St Marc et 1 station du Lido en vaporetto.
FranceVenedig-Feeling pur. Das Haus in einer kleinen, romantischen Seitengasse der Via Garibaldi ist wunderbar ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr gut ausgestattet samt Klimaanlage sind wir gut durch die Hitzewelle gekommen. Hier kann man sehr gut ein paar Tage entspannt verbringen, sich selbst verpflegen oder auf der Garibaldi essen gehen. Auch unser neunjähriger Sohn war begeistert.
