The appartment is wonderful. Well equipped, complete kitchen, perfect for couples. Nice shower, bed and linens. The location is wonderful, 20 minutes from Piazza de San Marco and direct to the vaporetto stop.

Location is great, we take the water bus and very easy walk to the property. The path is well -lit, supermarket is close by with local fesh fruit and vegetable stand.

Lovely little flat in a great location, spotless, absolutely perfect to visit the Biennale (which was the scope of our visit) as conveniently located between Arsenale and Giardini. The one-bedroom apartment has all the amenities for a few days stay and it's perfectly suited for two people. Giulia, the host, is a delight, always in touch if needed, full of suggestions for where to eat/drink locally and made us feel welcome leaving a bottle of wine for my partner's birthday and breakfast material. I would most definitely stay here again

It had everything we needed really, we could cook any meal, wash clothes, and even iron them, it was the perfect location, close to every attraction, and to a lot of affordable restaurants. The staff was so nice, stayed in touch the whole time of our stay. We even got little snack when we got there, which was perfect after the flight.

Perfect location, close walk to all main attractions, out of the hustle and bustle but on a nice street of restaurants and a supermarket. Guilia was lovely and welcoming, she gave us some tips on how to travel, where to eat etc. It was our anniversary and she left us a little note and a bottle of wine which was so lovely. Everything you need is in the apartment. If I came back to Venice, I would stay here again for sure. Thank you.

E' un grazioso e romantico appartamento con ingresso indipendente, travi a vista e accessoriato di tutti i principali confort, per rendere piacevole e rilassato il vostro soggiorno a Venezia. Noi saremo lieti di accoglievi e darvi tutto l'aiuto e le informazioni di cui avrete bisogno per vivere una Venezia piu' profondamente e da "veneziani" .
Il nostro appartamento si trova nel caratteristico sestiere di Castello, accanto alla fornitissima e popolarissima via Garibaldi, vicinissima ai più famosi monumenti a due passi dall'Arsenale e dai Giardini, posizione comoda e strategica dove in pochi minuti a piedi, con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiungono Piazza San Marco e le altre zone della città, come Rialto, 'Accademia e gli atri sestieri. Attaccato alla riva degli Schiavoni, riva che ha un affaccio mozzafiato sulla laguna e da dove si possono ammirare tra l'altro anche l'isola di San Giorgio e la Basilica della Salute. Siamo anche a pochi minuti a di battello, dalle spiagge del Lido di Venezia.
