The decor was clean and modern which was great and well thought out in terms of the furniture in a relatively small space since we were using the sofabed for our two teenagers. Kitchen had everything we needed. The aircon was useful and worked. Alice was very friendly on arrival and helpful on leaving, she helped us book our water taxi.
United KingdomWe rented the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the second floor. There was a 1 bedroom up one more level and a fully equipped laundry room on the ground floor. Our apartment was beautifully appointed and everything seemed to be brand new. It was exceptionally clean and fully equipped. The AC worked great! The host (Virginia) met us at the ferry dock and walked us to the apartment. She was AMAZING!! She is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She even helped with luggage! She help arrange a private taxi for our departure and booked it for us as well. THANK YOU VIRGINIA! WE COULDN'T HAVE SURVIVED OUR ARRIVAL WITHOUT YOU!! NOTE TO FUTURE TRAVELLERS: PACK LIGHT! You do not want to drag extra luggage through the cobblestone streets and over the many bridges (actually up/down stairs over the canals) from the ferry stops to your apartment. And make sure you take ferry to the closest dock to your apartment!!

GermanyPokud chcete objevovat Benátky, určitě se ubytujte tady. 15 minut pěšky od náměstí San Marco už nejsou žádní turisté, spaní je klidné, přitom si můžete odskočit kdykoliv během dne odpočinout na pokoj a večer vyrazit znovu na noční procházky. Rovnou z letiště jsme jeli lodí, zastávka je 10 minut pěšky od ubytování. Restaurace, pekař, Coop, vše pár minut pěšky. Na pokojích je klimatizace a v apartmánu vše, co potřebujete, 2 koupelny, 2 záchody, kuchyňka. Čistota perfektní. Bydlelo nás tam 5, měli jsme 3 postele + rozkládací pohovku v obývacím pokoji. Dost místa pro všechny. WiFi k dispozici. Komunikace perfektní a rychlá.
