Très bien accueilli par Alphonso. Le logement correspond aux photos. Il y a un ventilateur au plafond très appréciable tout comme le frigo et une bouilloire. A proximité d'un parc verdoyant (rare à Venise) et des stations de vaporetto.

Via Garibaldi à 5mn à pied avec supérette 7/7, commerces essentiels, bars qui bougent et pleins de restos. A refaire.

It is no a hotel with 24 heures service, but a privately house with some roomsuse to do renting. For this I need to know please Your arrival time, in Venice (airport or train station) and in the accomodation. Late arriving after 10 PM, may be charged. I raccomanding to avoid any damn ( obstruction in the toilet, door look-breaking). You could be asked to pay in advance a deposit for eventually damn during Your stay. We are just into Sant'Elena in the splendid park, in front of Biennale art and architecture pavillions (Polonia-Austria-Ejipt), in absolutely no high water and at just 20 minutes walking, from St. Mark Square. Every room has privately bathroom. We will not accepting people with infuence symptoms or fever over 37,5C°. At every check out we sterilizing the rooms with ozono-system machine. To rispecting safe and maximum clean we using special bed linen .We suggesting having breakfast at the close "Bar Vincent" in SantìElena.
I raccomanding You please before booking check the room You are booking is what are You looking for, thank You. The accomodation is clean, beautiful and confortable. About breakfast I suggesting You by "Bar Vincent" in Sant'Elena. You have a privately self bathroom with shower and every thingh is clean.I do not accepting any sort of complain about breakfast. Non accetto nessun tipo di lamentela, riguardo la colazione. Per questo motivo raccomando, per favore, prima di confermare le prenotazioni, di accertarsi che quello che state scegliendo rispecchia veramente quello che state cercando, grazie.
