During the summer season, it becomes a popular gathering place for young people, families, and children. The one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor within a villa-style building. Inside, it features an air-conditioned kitchen with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs on the terrace. Included essentials: water, toilet paper, and hand soap. Bed linen and towels are available for rent at an additional cost.
