everything! the exterior is very modest & the street quiet & unassuming, but what a find! run by a delightful couple, they have thought of everything you could possibly want. lovely quiet roof garden where they serve a wonderful breakfast. room very comfortable. wished we had stayed longer! few minutes walk from the sense of this beautiful Tuscan town too.

Everything was wonderful. The hosts were attentive and friendly. The terrace was an oasis in Arezzo with beautiful plantings, windchimes and even a bubbling fountain. Breakfast was healthy and the choices were the best we found in Italy! A truly Eco establishment!

  • Salve, volevo sapere se e' facile trovare parcheggio sicuro per la macchina intorno al 20 Giugno. Grazie
    Buon pomeriggio, grazie infinite per la domanda. I parcheggi sono gratuiti con strisce bianche sia davanti alla struttura che nei d'intorni, quelli con le strisce blu sono gratuiti dopo le 20.00. Solitamente gli ospiti trovano sempre il parcheggio.
