Living Room and Kitchen: The apartment is characterized by a large and luminous living area, with a comfortable sofa bed, desk and a mezzanine with an additional couch. The living room blends in perfectly with a well equipped, modern kitchen offering all the amenities such as Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, plates, cutlery, cooking essentials. Bedroom: Indulge in the tranquility of the bedroom, where a queen-size bed with a premium mattress awaits. The bedroom also features a spacious walk-in closet and safe. We provide fresh linen and towels. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with WC, bidet, and a large shower. To enhance your stay, we provide complimentary shampoo, body gel, conditioner and a hairdryer. Public transport/ Parking: The apartment is conveniently connected by bus to key areas of Genoa such as the City Centre, Gaslini Hospital, Albaro and Nervi. The apartment complex offers a few free parking spots that are first come first serve. If these are full you can park on paid street parking. Additional information before check-in: 1. We are required by Italian law to collect your documents information before check in. Please use the link you get 3 days before arrival in the Booking chat to register yourself and all the other guests. 2. Genoa City Tax of 3 euro per night per guest is required to be paid before check in. Please use the link you get in the chat to securely pay it. 3. Once these two steps are completed you will see the check in instructions. Please note check-in is self-check in 4. If your reservation is for 2 guests we will prepare only the main bed in the bedroom. If you need us to prepare the sofa bed you must communicate it at least three days before arrival. If the reservation is for more then 2 people we will automatically prepare both beds and no communication is needed.
