durften wir eine Woche genießen. Wer die 90 Treppenstufen nicht scheut, auf TV und Geschirrspüler verzichten kann, hat hier die richtige Wohnung gefunden. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und abseits der Touristenströme. Aber mitten im Geschehen von Vaparetto, Marktbooten und vielem mehr. Morgens das Frühstück und abends ein Glas Wein mit dem Ausblick auf Murano, genial. Die Alilaguna-Linie vom Flughafen hält fünf Minuten entfernt (Fondamente Nove) und zu Fuß sind es ca. 15 Minuten bis zur Rialtobrücke. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

One of our assistants will meet you at the property to give you the keys. At check in you will be asked to provide all the guests'identity cards, essential for registration at the police station, and the payment of the tourist tax which is NOT INCLUDED in the cost of stay. To organize the check in we ask our guests to get in touch with the property at least one week before arrival. (LATE CHECK-IN): 35,00 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45,00 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60,00 euro after 00:00.

Property info

Boldù Terrace is an apartment with a breathtaking view of the Venice lagoon on the fourth floor of a recently restored building in the beautiful area of Cannaregio. The apartment is furnished in a classic style, and full of traditional details such as the exposed beams of the ceiling. Despite this, it is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a pleasant stay and to easily reach all the most interesting sites. It is in fact very close to the Fondamente Nuove waterbus stop, from where you must take the boat to visit the other famous islands such as Murano, and it is also convenient for reaching the airport with the Alilaguna line. Consisting of a bedroom with one double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and a bright living area with kitchen, the highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the wonderful terrace with spectacular view of Venice lagoon and Murano island; the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful comings and goings of the boats at the end of the day with a glass of wine in one hand.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is in Cannaregio, one of the most authentic and lively areas of Venice. It is a 20-minute walk from the railway station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo airport (40 min) via the Alilaguna line service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services in the area: it is located not far from Strada Nuova, the main street where you can find shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and close to the famous fondamenta della Misericordia which is the best area for the happy hour...
