We loved the location in the heart of Pistoia near the Duomo and the sala! Lively area with restaurants and shops. we loved the restaurant attached to the hotel Bono Dinulla!

Spacious, modern and clean rooms. Located in the very heart of the city on the central square behind the Duomo. Breakfast is served in the bakery downstairs and offers plenty of choice. The staff is friendly and very communicative. The airconditioning was very welcome during the heatwave we had :) great place to discover the region and come “home” after a long day of exploring.

Wow.... what a great surprise. The room was enormous and well appointed, super clean, comfortable, and modern. The location and view were great. Staff were super responsive and friendly. They also had a place for my bicycle.

We loved the thoughtfulness of the various aspects of the property, the soundproof rooms, comfort, and ease of all aspects of check in and check out. We so appreciated the attentiveness of all the staff and in particular Sara who wears many hats from washing cups to arranging tours. She is an expert at “hidden gems” of the region. Always friendly and kind we cannot say enough positive comments. As frequent travelers we can honestly say overall Sara and Battistero are Number 1!

Everything was perfect. Center of town, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. And the most outstanding aspect was Sara. I don’t know her job title but she did everything. She is friendly, helpful caring and takes care of every request a guest might have. And she does it all with calm and grace.

We have 2 rooms with a balcony: one of the 3 SUITE (in this case you have to ask us the availability of the balcony) and the SUITE KING DELUXE, the biggest room we have at the upper floor. The type of room with 2 single beds is the KING EXECUTIVE. Our prices changes. You can check the prices on this site or on our web site for the dates you require.   • Do you have a room available with 2 beds, not sofa bed and also patio with a view?
    You can't have all in one room specifically. Room with 2 single beds is KING EXECUTIVE type, bit this type of room doesn't have balcony. Room with balcony is SUITE ROOM (please notice that we only have 1 room on 3 available with balcony so ask the balcony if you want it) and the SUITE KING DELUXE type.
