Our favorite location on our Italian roadtrip! We were in a group of 4, so we took the apartment. It was super clean, and the interior was very interesting. All made out of the wood, with a boho chic touch. We loved the little terrace in front of the apartment with a hammock where we hanged out in the evenings drinking their house wine. The pool is extremely clean, which I really appreciate. Valentino, the host, is so welcoming and generous! We arranged to have a breakfast by the pool, Valentino gave his best efforts to serve us a delicious Italian plate.

Great stay in Tuscany, near to the beautiful beach of Marina de Babbona. The best thing of INTIO are the hosts, who were super helpful and responsive. Breakfast was amazing and served every morning to our room, so we could have breakfast with the great views and in the quietness of our own terrace/patio. As the rooms have a kitchenette and a big fridge, we could buy groceries in the supermarket nearby (5-10 min by car) and also prepare food for our baby and nice dinner for the parents (with a nice glass of wine!) at night in our terrace/patio. The pool is also great and since they have built it in the upper part of the main building, there is always fresh air. Will def come back if we are back in Tuscany !

Beautiful setting surrounded by trees, most friendly service by the owner and staff, all amenities and decoration are made with an eye for detail and a lot of taste, superb pool and an amazing sunrise/sunset view. Very much worth the stay and a place to come back to. We stayed a week and everyday was a pleasure to stay at this small scale resort.

We feel ourselves very lucky to had the opportunity book a room here. Do not hesitate to book your apartment immediately if you see any free spots, otherwise you will miss one of the greatest experience of your life. And our dog was very welcomed. We chose to stay here for two nights at the end of our holiday in Tuscany as it was fairly close to Pisa airport and a large water park to keep the kids happy! Honestly we were blown away with the style, beauty, attention to detail and fantastic welcome from the owner Valentino! If we had known how fabulous this place was, we world have booked to stay here the entire time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We will definitely be returning!

Neighborhood info

Casale Marittimo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pisa in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southwest of Florence and about 50 kilometres (31 mi) southeast of Pisa. It is located in the Pisan Maremma.It was the castle and the main center of the area under the Gherardesca. He appointed already in 1004, in 1406 it came under the dominion of Florence, following the fortunes. In 1684 it was given in fief to Ridolfi, and in 1738 became part of the Marquisate of Riparbella. The plebiscite of 1860 for the annexation to the Kingdom of Sardinia (Kingdom of Italy from 1861) of 320 voters there was only one vote against. In 1862 the municipality, which had been called "Casale in Maremma", was named "Val di Cecina" Casale, until in 1900 assumed its present name.
