HungarySzép környezet, saját kert, terasz. 7 fős appartmanban négyen nagyon kényelmesen elfértünk. 7 fő esetében kicsit szűkös lett volna. A strandra 10 perc sétával leértünk. Csendes, nem bulizós rész. Kisáttalbarát környék, bár az ingatlan nincs kerítéssel körbezárva, csak élő sövénnyel, amin kisállat ki tud menni. Élelmiszerbolt, pékség, ettermek, fagyizó, nagy park a közelben. A buszjárat kiváló, pontosan közlekedik. Trafikban lehet buszjegyet kapni. Buszjárat is tart sziesztát, így figyelni kell a menetrendet. A város nyüzsis része gyalogosan elég messze van. Saját kocsibeálló a kertben, így nem kell parkolóhelyet keresni az utcán (nem zárt, nem fedett). A pihennivágyóknak javaslom.
