Superb location - quiet, beautiful setting (recommend sea view room), really easy to get to (bus link to Venice from Treviso airport, vaporetto to Lido, public bus door to door to hotel. Really excellent breakfast. Large bed, good shower, sea view/private balcony.

The hotel is very nice but the room is small and the TV is small limited channel. The furniture is old. Mini bar limited drinks. Thr breakfast is limited and cost 20 euro. The reception staff is great. I met one older guy and a young man. They were both very nice hospitable and help me a lot with directions and were happy to answer all my questions. To get to the hotel from Marco Paolo Airport catch the water taxi toward Ledo. Frome there take the A bus marked sanita Maria. It will drop in front of the hotel.

The hotel is quite nice. We had a great stay. -The biggest plus was the gluten free breakfast. - The staff was absolutely great and really helpfull. Big plus here as well. - We had cleaning come every day and tidy the room and bathroom. - The bus station that goes to the vaporetto station is right in front of the hotel. The bus comes regularly which is great. You can check the schedule to know when to go down.
