Hotel is close to metro as well as train station. There is an elevator so also convenient if travelling with luggage. The host was super helpful and accomodating and very friendly too. I would recommend because of location, value and comfort.

The staff was very welcoming and supportive. The lady responsible for the administration was very nice, helpful and kind. She changed the bedsheets and cleaned the bathroom daily. She was also very careful with all our needs. The father of the owner was very enthusiastic and offered us excellent explanations and tips about tourist attractions in Rome.

The location was great - 5 min from Termini station and 2 min from a metro station. Staff was helpful. Although there was no heater in the room, the air conditioning did a good job in heating the space. Overall the value for the money we paid was pretty good.

Property info

Buonarroti Home is an elegant guest house placed in a 1885 aristocratic building strategically located in the heart of Rome in the Esquilino Area. Very close to all the main monuments, including the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain and just steps from the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Well connected with every kind of public transportation: subway, bus and train (within walking distance of the Termini railway station). Our friendly and familiar staff is willing to welcome you and help you with anything you might need in order to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.

Neighborhood info

Just a few steps away you can visit the Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major and Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele, and then you can walk to the main points of interest. At only ten minutes walk you can enjoy a good ice cream in a historical ice-cream shop Palazzo del Freddo Giovanni Fassi.
