The owner Mr. Lorenzo is a great person. He came to the boat station and took us to the apartment. He gave us general information that help us to visit Venice. The apartment is so clean and looks wonderful. Air conditioned to cool us off from August's heat. We were offered cold bottled water and snacks. Everything is nice and no word can explain it. The location is only 2 minutes walk from St. Marco and 5-6 min from Rialto Bridge. :)

The full kitchen is a plus. We spent the days roaming around Venice, and it was nice to be able to get back "home" in the evening and have a relaxed meal with the family, rather than having to fight the crowds again to find a place where we could have dinner.
