We are familiar with Venice because we visit the Biennale for years. About Palazzo Pesaro we liked the location, furniture, many amenities in the bathroom, decorations like in a Palazzo, the piano at the first floor, chandeliers, inner courtyard.
Our room had a small and cozy patio.
The water bus stop Ca' d'Oro and gondola traghetto di Santa Sofia next to the hotel, water taxi stop straight from the main lobby,
Close to Ponte Rialto, Palazzo Mora, Ca' D'Oro Museum, Fondaco di Tedeschi, The Fish Market.
Definitely we would like to come back.

This review is for a queen bedroom. It was on the first floor of a building across the alley from the hotel office. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the hotel breakfast. There are bakeries offering breakfast options within a two- to three-minute walk from the hotel. The train station and a vaporetto station are five-minute walk from this hotel. The bus terminal for the bus from the airport is a ten to fifteen-minute walk.

Murano is beautiful.

Venice can be expensive re foods but you can move around through the streets looking for cheaper eats.

Italy overall, and Venice were just as hot as Ohio, USA during July, in spite of weather sites showing lower historical temperatures. Having now been, I would recommend September or October to avoid the heat. Otherwise, Venice is fascinating...so many alley-ways, so many paths, so many buildings and art to see. I did not think I would like it at all (I booked this portion of our trip for my spouse), but I was completely wrong. You will do MILES of walking each day, even if you don't intend to, and on hard granite, marble or limestone... start practicing your daily walks months in advance, so that the required walking does not limit your ability to take in sites.

It is cute and the type of place you must see at least once in a life time.
But be prepared: you will climb up and down plenty of bridges and stairs with your suitcase.
Venice is humid and moldy.
Most hotels have no elevator.

We could not wait to get out of this city. Way too hot.
We could not wait to get out of this city. Way too hot. Nobody here is actually Venetian. Everything is a tourist trap. Meaning that it’s overpriced, the food is NOT to the standard of the rest of Italy, and worst of all everyone treats you with pure disdain. In every restaurant we walked into, the severs felt like they were just short of telling us to F off. And the only reason they didn’t is because they wanted our money.
Keep in mind that while all this happening, it’s over 90 degrees, the sun burns, there’s no ventilation in many places, you’re constantly surrounded by tourists (think Disneyland) and the heat combined with the sewer in the canals makes for quite the enchanting fragrance.

Venice is a truly magical city, brimming with beauty and charm. Its winding canals, lined with historic buildings, create an enchanting atmosphere unlike any other place on Earth. The city is a treasure trove of architectural wonders, from the grandeur of St. Mark's Basilica to the intricate details of the Doge's Palace. There are countless sights to see, including picturesque bridges, bustling squares, and vibrant markets. Each corner of Venice holds a new discovery, making it a remarkable destination for any traveler. It's a beautiful and wonderful place that captures the heart and imagination of all who visit.
The place is one of the best boutique hotels I have seen. Decoration was impecable, location out of the crowded area. Caterina and Roberto were amazing helping with everything. I have been several times in Venice and this is one of those lovely places that make you fall in love with the city.
Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Italy (All of them have higher stars than this one) - this one is the best as they provide kettle, biscuits and tea bags. The bathroom is clean and new. The staff was very friendly too.

Location was perfect as travelled to Venice by train from further north in Italy and was able to get to hotel within a couple of minutes walk.
