Comfortable modern apartment with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (one with shower & one with tub) also has a nice kitchen/living area for drinking coffee and discussing your next adventure. Easy check in as we called when we arrived and Salman met us at our boat and walked us to the apartment, all the while telling us about the area and answering all our questions.

Great location, good facilities. Large bedrooms and two bathrooms with a comfortable kitchen. Newly furnished. Quiet and also excellent air conditioning which was handy in July. Rossella and Fabio were very helpful and Fabio met us at the vaporetto stop to show us the way to the apartment. There is a small supermarket very close which was convenient. Close (but not too close!) to the Rialto bridge.

Very central location with easy access to everywhere and very close to the boat stop. Shops and nice cafe’ and patisserie close by. Great find, perfect! Highly recommended.

Good location (not too far of the main tourist attractions); The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without lift; The staff (Fabio) was very helpful and nice. I really appreciated the Venice tips on the booklet provided (tips about restaurants, where to visit and what to avoid, etc.); The accommodation needs some touchings on the bathrooms and shower. Although there are 2 bathrooms in the accommodation, one of them has a bath without shower, so it’s very annoying having 4 people and just 1 shower to share; I visited Venice in September and there were many mosquitos at night in the accommodation (not sure if it is an issue regarding the city or the apartment).

Plenty of space in the bedrooms and having 2 bathrooms was great. Close to Rialto Bridge and near a supermarket. Host waited for us even though our train was delayed for an hour.

Amazing location close to the Rialto Bridge so easy to walk everywhere. Plus the boat stops right there! The apartment was super clean and modern. The air conditioning was fantastic so quiet in fact the best we have experienced ! The host's manager met us at the Rialto bridge and walked us to the a apartment, even carried my bag over the bridge :) Was perfect for our two day stay in Venice, added bonus was the BEST take out pizza/sandwich restaurant two mins away which we passed by each time we went out! Shutters on the window are great, blocks out all the light so you can sleep.
