Die Terrasse und der Ausblick auf den Dogenpalast sind sehr einladend und gemütlich. Die Lage des Appartements ist unschlagbar. 2 Minuten zum Dogenpalast. Vaporetto Station unmittelbar erreichbar. Die Größe des Appartements und den Luxus von zwei Bädern haben wir sehr geschätzt.

The check-in is done remotely so it is essential for the guests to get in touch with the structure in advance (at least one week before arrival) to communicate the expected arrival time and send photos of the identity documents (front / back) of all the guests who will stay in the apartment. This is mandatory in order to be registered to the municipality police station. The tourist tax, always EXCLUDED from the cost of the stay, must be paid in cash. (LATE CHECK-IN): 35,00 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45,00 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60,00 euro after 00:00.

Ca' Algi is a modern and stylish apartment with terrace located on the third floor of a newly renovated building in "Sestiere Castello" , just behind Palazzo Ducale in San Marco Square. This gorgeous flat has a bright living room with a useful and dynamic kitchen with island fully equipped. The master bedroom has a double bed and it's very large, moreover there is also another single room with a sofa bed which can be added if needed. The apartment has two bathrooms fully equipped, one with shower, and one with bathtub. The elegant crystal stairs lead to the flagship of this beautiful flat which is with no doubt the amazing terrace ( it's the traditional venitian ''altana'', which is a terrace made in wood) overlooking Palazzo Ducale and the Bell Tower of San Marco. The accommodation offered is suitable for families, couples, but also for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in Venice.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in Castello district, which is the largest of the six districts. It is one of the most local and less frequented by tourists, where you can still breathe an atmosphere of uniqueness. The flat is located in the part of the area closer to San Marco than to Biennale, in fact the famous Square with it's incredible Palazzo Ducale it's just on the corner. It is also in a convenient position to visit the prestigious Biennale.
