The location of the Ca Arsenale building is excellent - not in the busiest part of Venice but still very close to the main sights and a Vaporetto stop, on a lovely square next to an extremely picturesque bridge. We occupied the ground floor apartment (living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and bedroom on the second - keep in mind if stairs are a problem for you, weren't for us), the rooms are big enough, kitchen was equiped with everything needed. Silvia, our host was very helpful, very happy she mentioned we can bring our own wine on the gondola :)

The location was perfect. 10mins from St Marks Square but out of touristy area. The air conditioning was absolutely wonderful. the outside sitting area a bonus. Washing machine great.

Fantastic apartment. Quiet area but easy walk to main centre. The airport water taxi was just a few minutes walk away. Silvia was very helpful with booking and checking us in. The apartment was spacious for a family. We loved the roof terrace that had lots of evening sun. Well equipped kitchen. Fabulous stay. Would definitely recommend.

  • The penthouse appartment looks wonderful. A few questions: 1 Howmany stairs is it to the penthouse? 2 Is the bathroom on the same level as the bedroom? 3 Does it have a roof terrace? Kind regards Richard
    We have two penthouses. Caarsenale 4 and 5 I don’t know how many stairs to the apartment but there are two levels for both. The bathroom of n.4 is on same level There is a terrace in connection with living room and kitchen Luisa

Myself and family although we live and work outside of venice and around the world, take care of the apartments with great passion and dedication. We are a family of Hoteliers and although these are self catering apartments we try to guarantee a charming comforting unique staying to all of our guests. Balancing prices and making sure anybody who really wants to stay with us can afford their staying, We always have someone on site to assist. and we will provide emails and phones to maintain in contact. Presently it is Silvia who is offering her kind help and presence on site, ensuring everything everything is working properly.
Arsenal is one of the most authentic and preserved neighborhoods of Venice.  It is the ideal location for those who want to stay out of the big crowd, but want to be really close to the main attractions. You can reach with a short walk  San Marco,  Rialto,  the Academia and all spots of interest. If you want to go for a swim or a bicycle ride along the Adriatic beach, Lido is only three stops of Vaporetto (public-water-transportation).        The historical building is located in Campo Arsenale, a lively square with restaurants, and the red brick walls, which create all day long a concert of chirping sounds of the most authentic Venice. 150 mts from the square, you'll se the magnificent endless Laguna, which every day offers the most amazing sunsets falling over venice skyline, with San Marco and Santa Maria della Salute.    You can enjoy the magic atmosphere of Campo Arsenale all year around, and each season, with its unique features.
