La ubicación es excelente, aunque sin vistas interesantes. El ascensor estaba malo, pero ellos contrataron a una persona para que nos ayudara a subir las maletas. La cocina con todo lo necesario para el día a día, y todo limpio. Amplio estar. Camas cómodas y dos baños completos impecables. Excelente calefafacción, silencioso, aunque en la mañana se escuchan instrumentos porque está cerca de alguna escuela de música (pero resulta muy agradable escuchar los ensayos).

The Red House Company is a family business started in order to maximize a property investment in Venice. My wife and I have understood the potential of quality self catering rentals along the way of the positioning of our first apartment: “The Red House”. We decided that this could be our future full time occupation in the December 2009 and we are now managing successfully a number of properties in the historic centre of Venice.

Property info

Bright 4th floor 2 bedroom flat with2 full bathroom, air con, Wi-Fi and Lift. The flat has a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living area; we provide also a baby cot for children under 4yrs old. One of the bathrooms has a cabin shower and the other has a bath with shower. The living area is very large and bright and the view in all directions of the house is of the palace’s roofs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern utensils and electric devices. Wi-Fi and ADSL connection is available and included in the price; the TV is HD and has satellite connection (SKY).
