Great location to get away from the crowds with quiet streets and canals to explore. Very close Vaporetto (ferry) stops (4 & 5 lines) on the canal right outside to take you to main locations and out to Murano. Lots of space and storage/wardrobes in the apartment and a great kitchen if you want to perpare food at home or have a long stay.

Cà Degli Archi 2 is a modern stylish apartment on 3 stories perfect for a family or a couple searching for a quiet and elegant accommodation in the heart of a traditional neighborhood not far from the train station and many important attractions. The property is placed in a newly restored complex winner of an architectural prize. The apartment has three stories all at your exclusive disposal with independent entrance. The ground floor has a large living room with TV area and dining room. There's a double sofa bed with two sleeps. A beautiful kitchen well furnished and supplied with all you need to prepare meals and breakfast. The kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, and a dishwasher. At the ground floor, there's also a little bathroom with shower and a service room with a washer On the first floor, you will find the main bedroom with a walk-in closet and the main bathroom with a large shower. Hairdryer. The lovely and cozy mansard has a double bed which, on request, can also be split into two single beds. WiFi and A/C. The apartment is free from high tides and floods

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is a traditional area full of little restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket, a fish and a veggie market at 5 min. walking. Venezia Santa Lucia train station is at 5 min. walking and to go to Rialto and San Mark's square you may need around 20-30 min. walking. The Jewish Ghetto with the beautiful Synagogue, the museum, and the nice square is at 5 min. You will also enjoy many pastry shops and coffee shops around where to have breakfast.
