The hot water system must have been faulty as the shower was either like warm or sometimes cold. The water in the kitchen sink took many hours to drain.

We loved the decor and the quiet courtyard and proximity to transport.

The lock on the front of the building is very challenging to open and it takes a while to open the door. Apartment is advertised as 2 bedrooms but the 2nd bedroom is a mezzanine Off the main bedroom with a very low ceiling and only suitable for a small child.

Gabriella was a great contact who kept in contact with us for our arrival. When one of the aplliqnc w did not work she promptly replaced it. The apartment is very quiet and is a fantastic location. Well equipped with everything you need. And in a secure complex

The apartment requires some basic maintenance items, for example, it needs mattress protectors, some PowerPoints didn't work, the kitchen sink drained poorly, the bedroom TV did not work.

The property is located in a nice part of town which is just off the main street, it's part of a nice little courtyard community which feels safe. The property was clean and check in process was simple. Silvia who checked us in was also extremely helpful with tips for the area.

It would have been nice some extra towels. The windows didn't had a mosquito protection and it was a little uncomfortable. The garden front door had some issues or the key didn't match, but we managed to use the back door.

Nice location and very quiet garden. The host was very very nice with us and gave us some good recommendation. The apartment was well equipped and the AC was a bliss. The host waited us at the apartment with sweets and few things for the breakfast.

There was a severe problem with the water pressure in the shower - very poor for an expensive flat! Also no shelf in the shower and lack of chair in the bathroom.

Property manager kept asking when we would arrive. We were running late from a late flight, issues with our reserved rental car, and ticket machines that did not work. When we arrived, the property manager asked for an extra 50 euros for her time. We had communicated that we would be running late several times. We gave her 10 and she seemed insulted??? The keys to the front door did not work. She said some times they work, sometimes they don’t. It does not work. Why didn’t she show us the back entrance that does work. Also a nice touch would be to provide a box of Kleenex, a bottle of water, and coffee for the machine that was in the kitchen. A few extras goes a long ways when you are traveling in Venice. Venice does not have a grocery store on every corner and is a little harder to navigate than the average city.

Property is nice and clean. In a court yard area and private.

Super ruhige Lage im Hinterhof, direkte Nähe zum Vaporetto. Top Wohnung über 2.5 Etagen, Hochwertige Ausstattung und Einrichtung. Sehr flexibel bzgl. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe. Gute Kommunikation vor der Anreise. Nette Einweisung mit vielen guten Tips von Gabriella (Restaurant, Café, ...)
