The apartment is an absolute jewel! It is really beautiful, renovated, and decorated with great taste. One can't wish for a better location - a few steps from everything ( all attractions, restaurants, supermarket ), yet tucked away and quiet. Special thanks to Marco for helpful directions links upon arrival and wonderful hospitality. We can only wish this apartment is available every time we decide to visit the unique city again.

New ZealandSuch an amazing place! Very Italian, 10 min from San Marco square, quiet and very cozy. All facilities available - equipped kitchen, Italian coffee recipients, all sorts of pots and pans available, even olive oil and coffee. And the kitchen had a lovely view towards a small garden with olive trees. Master bedroom with an electric heated mattress - amazing when temperatures dropped down during night time. The place is close to supermarket, pharmacy, coffee places and Rialto Bridge water bus station, only 10 min walking. Recommending Fabiola’s place for a wonderful stay in Venice!

LithuaniaThe place was really nice even for family of four adult and one infant. Especially the two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and the apartment is suitable for baby. Location is great. The view overlooking the garden on the opposite side of the street was beautiful but had one disadvantage which were a lot of mosquitos.

SwitzerlandDeuxième séjour à Ca del Console. Appartement très agréable, Merveilleux, très clair, sans vis à vis, de bon goût. Emplacement privilégié , au calme à quelques minutes de marche de San Marco et du Rialto. Supérette à 100 m. Ambiance très familiale sur le Campo Santa Maria Formosa. On plonge totalement dans la vie vénitienne. Une consigne pour les valises à quelques mètres sur Riga Giuffa à gauche après le pont direction Zaccaria. De nombreux restaurants autour de l’appartement ou des commerces de vente à emporter ( pizza, pâtes....)Un petit bar : le Zanzibar sur le Campo à l’ambiance vénitienne.

Thanks.Good morning yes normally is all included , but the city tax, 4€ per day per persons for the first 5 days, you have to pay it the day of your entrance.
