Camila is the best host! Everything was communicated so well and she even delivered a special pastries as breakfast for us on the first morning of our stay. She took time to explaining to us where the grocery store and laundry are. Immediately made us feel home. Excellent location: 3 min walking to Rialto while on a quiet small road. So you don’t have chaos near the Rialto. 1 min to a big chain bakery Farnini (delicious breakfast, lunch). Many cute stores within 3 min of walking, including two of best gelato places I have tried in Italy. Quick walking to St Marco’s and the water bus stop to Murano too. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Excellent floor plan with the main bedroom on the other end of the hallway from the guest bedroom. Very spacious for our family of 4. The apartment is equipped with quiet AC, which makes it very pleasant.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. It's 5-10 mins. walking distance from Rialto bridge. In the beginning it might be a bit difficult to locate (nothing Google Map won't solve :) ) but once you arrive, it's pretty easy and straightforward. The size of the apartment is also perfect for family of 4. Considering the average price of property rental in Venice, I'd say this place has really good value for money. The host (Camilla) is very very helpful! We forgot our keys inside the apartment (and it was locked), and Camilla immediately responded.

The property is old, spacious and very quirky. It has an unusual layout but there again- so does Venice! It is immaculately clean, lovely bathroom with plenty of hot water and the kitchen has the basic condiments as well as tea coffee etc to tide you over. As a Brit, I would have liked a toaster! The property has a superb location, you can basically walk to everywhere and anywhere from it. 10⭐️ The host, Camilla, looks after you very well.
