Great location. The property is very close to the central train station, about 7/8 mins walking, or one stop for the subway. The subway station is right next to the building complex. The living room is very spacious, and the three bedrooms are clean and comfortably set up.

It is near a waterbus stop so fun to take a taxi or waterbus to or from the location. But very easy and fast to walk to main tourist areas (Rialto Bridge, Piazza San Marco). The landlord recommended very good restaurants nearby that were less expensive and crowded than the other touristy areas. Across the street from Titian’s home! (not a tourist site but cool). The landlord was really nice and gave us a lot of tips and helped us book the taxi boat (which was our favorite experience, to be honest, arriving in style!). Everything was very clean with beautiful furnishings. Washer was very helpful and they provide clothesline with clips for drying. Kitchen also was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. We could not get the A/c unit in the living room to work but the bedroom a/cs cooled the whole apartment pretty well.

Luca was an amazing property manager. He met us at the property and gave us restaurant information, Covid testing locations and private water taxi information, and answered all of our questions. The two bedroom, two bath unit included a kitchen with gas stove top, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Newly, beautifully decorated. The location was a block off the water and great access to water transportation. Very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, with restaurants a step away.

Beautifully interior designed property with very high quality comfortable furnishings. Very well equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Situated 2 mins walk from Fondamente Nova boat stop + 10 mins walk to Rialto Bridge, the location offered us convenience for site seeing but also a peaceful area away from the bustle for a good night's sleep. Luca our host was very helpful offering us detailed information on how to travel from the airport + also great tips on restaurants etc to enhance our stay. Many thanks from us both in Ireland 🇮🇪 + will highly recommend to our friends + family.

Host greeted us upon arrival. Apartment was immaculate and tastfully decorated. Exceptional value for Venice. Only a short distance to one of the major ferry stops (Fondamente Nove) but why take the ferry when it's an easy walk to most everywhere in Venice.
