The appartment is near the central train station of Venice, but in a quite lane in a calm neighborhood. Restaurants, a small supermarket, numerous cafes for breakfast, are all nearby, as are landings for boat shuttles (vaporetti). The appartment is spaceous and allows for comfortable accomodation of at least 5 persons. It is a great bargain.
