Located right on the lagoon with its own private dock and ample garden all around, it offers the perfect mix of elegance and privacy with an unparalleled view of Venice and mesmerizing sunsets over San Lazzaro degli Armeni island. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploration in Venice (San Marco is just 20 minutes boat ride away, less by private taxi right from the villa) or a day on the famous Lido beaches. Completely renovated and in pristine conditions, Ca' delle Contesse offers all comforts including sauna and hammam. The villa is surrounded by a manicured garden and offers private parking for two cars and EV charging station. Benefit from the slower pace of Lido, the Golden Island of Venice, enjoy breakfast on the terrace savoring the stunning view of Venice, relax reading a book under the shaded trees, have an aperitive while watching the mesmerizing sunset, have sauna, and repeat... Ca' delle Contesse can be rented as a whole unit for full privacy and exclusive use of all facilities (8 guests), or as one of the two completely independent apartments (4 guests each).
