clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient for getting around Venice as near water bus stop from airport. only one bridge to take your case over and that’s a big plus in Venice. a super market was 5 mins away and good restaurants nearby without the San Marco prices

Ca'Dolce is located very close to St Mark's square (10min walk) and all of Venice's landmarks, but in a neighborhood spared by tourism where you can still find Venetians and numerous proximity stores. The flat has been renovated in 2017 and redecorated in 2020. It is made of a living space on the ground floor with kitchen and sitting room with a corner sofa, a small and modern shower room, 2 double bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with canal views and 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed, and a double bedroom on the 1st floor with views on a garden on one side and our private courtyard on the other side, itself facing a typical Venetian canal. Ca' Dolce is ideally located close to Marco Polo airport (15min by taxiboat or 40min by Alilaguna boat to Fdte Nove + 2 min walk) and Santa Lucia train station (15min via Vaporetto Line 1). It benefits from very fast Internet thanks to fiber, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer). We of course supply bedroom linen and towels. Come and enjoy the Venetian life! Late check-in charges (e35 after 20:00) and local taxes to be paid locally (euro 4/night/adult).
