Really lovely place with several balconies and terraces. Tucked just far enough away for some peace and quiet but still near everything. Very large space and extremely clean and well cared for. Host is great and the people who share the building are all very friendly. Ask host for recommendations! There are some gems in Venice but unfortunately there are also a lot of places that should be avoided at all costs.

GermanyAt the end of a street in a non-touristy part of Venice. Wonderful apartment, plenty of furniture, well-stocked kitchen, easy to get to and from, close to Fondamenta Nova ferries and grocery stores. Multiple patios/balconies and very nice owner who met us and oriented us to the neighborhood.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sehr schön eingerichtet, eine richtig gut ausgestattete Küche, etliche Balkons und ein tolles Badezimmer. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause!!! Die Kommunikation vor Ankunft mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt, der Empfang sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!
