The owner allowed us to drop our luggage off after the previous renters had left, and before our check in. That was hugely helpful. And she kindly allowed us to use the bathroom...a big, kind favor after traveling all night. The owner, she was the lovely thing about this stay! Always quickly responsive and reachable by phone. In the evening we could close the shutters and the noise from the area was completely muffled for sleeping. (We were too tired to go out the one evening.) Entire apartment is nice and big! Large bathroom, plenty of space in every room. Bedrooms have air conditioning. The location is within a 2 minute walk of the Rialto bridge and shopping (tourist) market and countless restaurants and ice cream shops. It was lovely for our just-under-48 hour stay.

This was a nice little older apartment very close to the Rialto Bridge. Getting there was a little confusing initially as streets in Venice are not easy to navigate but the host Laura guided us constantly through Whatsapp ensuring we made it safely in. The apartment was very nicely sized for Venice and located very close to everything. It had some very nice older furniture and the kitchen was huge with a big dining area where we could have our breakfast and dinner. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the living room was also big enough to relax in. All in all a great place.

The place is big, nicer than in the pictures and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom has shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. It's in the very heart of the historical center, so yes, a lot of people, but only until 10-11pm. I did not have the pleasure to meet Laura, but she was always available, nice and accommodating, ready to answer my messages right away.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with many Venitian embellishments. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with air-conditioning and windows that keep out much of the noise. The location is very central - bars, shops and restaurants all around and just a short walk to the Grand Canal/Rialto Bridge. Laura was great at communication and quickly answering questions. 1. The location of the property is one of the best in Venice. 2. The apartment is big and has everything one might need: a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, excellent heating system, and strong lights (important for the apartments without much natural light in the old town). 3. Outlets and adaptors in all important places! 4. The host was available to answer our questions all the time.
