The very warm welcome from the start from a very lovely lady host , was fantastic!! She was so informative and helpful , and so lovely to talk to, we thank you heaps for your help. This apartment is very comfortable, clean , spacious, kitchen complete with everything you need , 2 bathrooms were exceptional, and the heating works very well. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the canals. The location is superb , close to St Marks Square , and next to Teatro Le Fenice !!

Superb location. Great view from the windows. Spacious and very clean apartment with 2 bathrooms. Very helpful and welcoming host. When we saw there is no iron she went and bought it for us the next day.

We stayed at this incredibly charming apartment over the summer and would highly highly recommend it. The location can't be beat - St Marks Sq is just a few minutes walk away and all the lovely meandering venice streets, boutiques (the poshest ones as well as the little souvenir shops) and eateries are literally right around the corner. The place is exactly as pictured, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Gave us very helpful reccos on everything from restaurants to how best to get to the place from the airport. Someone even came to greet us at our rialto stop when we arrived and escorted us right to the apartment so we didn't have to worry about getting lost in the maze that venice can be, however lovely. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

Loved everything about the place. It was spacious, clean and tidy, rooms and toilets were big enough. All the amenities in the house were working most especially the air conditioning unit.
