In the heart of the historical cetre, a palace of the seventeenth century, a stunning view of canals and bridges and a private terrace, what else? Two completely renewed boarderig apartments, rentable as a whole (8 people) or separately (4+4 people), are located at the third floor of a typical venetian Palace (with elevator). Great neighborhood and easy connection to the airport and train station. Both apartments will be completely available to my guests: – 2 double bedrooms, – 2 single bedrooms, – 3 bathrooms with hydro-massage showers and a whirlpool bathtub, – 2 full equipped kitchens, – 2 leaving rooms with one double sofa bed, – and last but not least a wonderful PRIVATE TERRACE over the roof.

LOCATION : Dorsoduro is a great area to start exploring the city. Most of the important museums (Peggy Guggenheim collection, Gallerie dell’Accademia, Punta della Dogana – François Pinault Foundation) and churches (Basilica dei Frari, Madonna della Salute) are here. Close to the apartment one of the top must-see: the Squero di San Trovaso, a still-functioning workshop for the manufacture of gondolas, the last of its kind. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy the Zattere promenade with a good ice-cream or to taste the local food in the characteristic restaurants of the surroundings. Local shops and supermarkets are close and esay to find. Saint Mark’s square is 10 minutes walking from the apartment and the closeness to the waterbus stop Accademia will simplify your stay. CONNECTIONS : The closeness to the waterbus stops Accademia and Zattere makes the location of the apartment strategic. Easy connection with Venice Airport Marco Polo by Alilaguna Boat Service. Public transports from and to Santa Lucia Railway Station, Piazzale Roma bus station are quick and frequent.
